This coaching training encompasses a global vision of the person, taking into account all the dimensions of his or her life: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. The objective is to achieve a complete and balanced development of the individual, accompanying them to reach their personal and professional goals in a consolidated way. With international endorsement and certification, granted by IACASS (International Association of Coaching and Soft Skills) of Switzerland.

This training focuses on a holistic approach that combines different coaching techniques and tools. The holistic methodology involves considering the whole person, including body, mind and spirit, to promote integral personal growth and balance in all areas of life.

Family Constellations

Family constellations are a systemic therapy created by Bert Hellinger. This technique seeks to identify and resolve dysfunctional dynamics within the family system. Through the representation of family members by other participants, unconscious patterns that affect a person's life and relationships can be revealed and released.

Uterus Healing

Uterine healing is a spiritual and therapeutic practice for women. It focuses on healing traumas, emotional blockages and negative energies that may be stored in the uterus, an energetic and feminine power center. These practices may include rituals, meditations and emotional release techniques to promote overall health and wellness.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a meditation practice that consists of paying attention consciously and without judgment to the present moment. This technique helps to reduce stress, improve concentration and foster greater awareness of oneself and one's surroundings. It can be practiced through formal meditations or by integrating mindfulness into daily activities.

Meditations

Meditations are mental focus practices that seek to calm the mind and foster inner peace. There are various types of meditations, such as guided meditation, transcendental meditation, vipassana meditation, Shiva Shakti meditation, Yoga Nidra meditation, among others. Each has its own methods and objectives, such as reducing stress, improving concentration or reaching deep states of introspection and self-knowledge.

Personalized 1-on-1 sessions

These sessions are individual meetings between the coach and the client, designed to address the specific needs of the latter. Through a personalized approach, we work on the client's personal or professional objectives, offering a close accompaniment adapted to the client's particular situation.

Ontological Coaching Sessions

Ontological coaching focuses on the "being" of the individual, exploring and transforming the way the person interprets and responds to his or her reality. These sessions seek to develop greater self-awareness, improve communication and generate significant changes in the client's life by modifying their beliefs and behaviors.

Integral Coaching Sessions

Integral coaching combines various disciplines and approaches to coaching to offer a complete and balanced accompaniment. These sessions aim at the integral development of the individual, addressing emotional, mental, physical and spiritual aspects. Different tools and techniques are used to support the client in achieving their goals and personal growth.
